Activity Date on Scorecard Timeline Mapping Object Should NOT Represent Modified Date

The Activity Date shown on Scorecard Timeline comments does not actually represent the first date the score became as shown. Instead, it shows the latest comment date (stored as Modified Date) as long as the score did not change. This makes it appear as though scores changed late or something went wrong in automation, when this is not actually the case. Instead, it would be nice to either show both or more accurately just show the first activity date, as is the case in every other Timeline Activity, CTA, etc. 

The example below shows one score that was last modified on 10/29 but was actually created on 10/28. The top comment was the score between 10/30-11/2, before it changed again. This is VERY hard for an end user to follow, let alone us admins thinking something is broken.
