Add a close X in the upper right of open KC bot

When the KC bot is open, it would be good to have a closing X in the upper right as part of the title bar. This is the location where the close appears in engagements and where people are used to closing windows. Our users are initially confused when they open the KC bot, and the only way to close it is the icon on the bottom.

    Hi @mmarques , duly noted and we will add this to the roadmap. In the meanwhile, in the next release which is scheduled in November, we are going to provide an update to be able to close the Bot using “Esc” key which is more intuitive because of its universal action and currently works for Engagement.
