Add a "Today" Option for Date Selection

We frequently need to update use case dates in Gainsight, and manually selecting the current date each time requires multiple clicks. A "Today" button within the date picker would significantly streamline this process, allowing users to set the date to the current day with a single click.

Use Case:
Currently, when updating dates in Gainsight, users must manually scroll through the calendar to select the correct date. This process is time-consuming, especially when handling multiple updates. A "Today" button would eliminate extra clicks and improve efficiency.

Proposed Solution:

• Add a "Today" button within the date picker UI.

• Clicking "Today" should instantly populate the date field with the current date.

• Maintain existing manual selection functionality for other date options.
