Add a toggle to Control Phrases, so hidden/ un-edited phrases can be searched
It seems a very common and recurring issue that people are asking how to edit specific strings of text through phrases that do not appear in the Control Phrases section. Once edited they do, so I’m wondering if there couldn’t be a way to toggle what is visible in Control Phrases so that users can search the text they need to edit and edit it themselves…
I recently had to do this for multiple SSO methods and while I managed to do it, I had to search through at least 3 different forum/ knowledge base topics.
So I’m suggesting a basic filter on the Phrases page to toggle showing all phrases, edited phrases (as seems to be the case now and just hidden phrases, so these can be used in conjunction with the search to make changes easier on users. It might look something like this:
