Add a Tooltip to the "Anytime" Date Range in the Dashboard Widget

Hi Team,

I’m writing on behalf of the @rahul.talreja regarding the actual Time frame considered by the ‘Anytime’ date range filter which was mistaken to be a Discrepancy.
The “Anytime” Date range only pulls the last 6 months of Data and this is not mentioned anywhere in the Documentation. While adding it to the Documentation, it would be very helpful if there’s a quick tool-tip that would inform the Users of this limitation to avoid any confusion about this in future.
