Please, add additional layers of hierarchy. Now only 2 layers are available. 4 or 5 layers of hierarchy would be more beneficial.
Actually our business requires at least 3 levels of depth:

  1. Home/Corporate
  2. OS
  3. Exact products
It is not a good idea to confuse all OSs or all products within one subforum because:
A. All products are supported by different teams/persons.
B. We need to gather statistics for every product/OS separately.
C. Such structure is successfully using within our current community and there is no problem with SEO and Organic traffic there.
D. We keep in mind our further integrations with other services, so it would be much more convenient for questions categorization and further tracking.

I just came across this, and would very much like the option to better flesh out the hierarchy.

Currently, you can create a section, a nested section and then categories. But you can't put articles in a section...

So, what we want is Section > Category > Nested Category.

Or the option to put articles in a (nested) section.

I'd like to suggest the idea of adding sub-categories within the Resource Center. Right now, all content has to be placed in a single category, which makes it hard to organize and browse when there's a lot of material. Sub-categories would help structure content better and improve the user experience. For example, under “Product Training,” we could have “Getting Started,” “Advanced Features,” and “Troubleshooting.”
