Right now, P360 is still in a perpetual beta. I’d love to see this feature level-up, which should absolutely include expanding the available section configuration types to include the same options available in C/R360.
Currently, in each section, available section configuration types are:
- C360: Attributes, Company Hierarchy, Embed Page, People, Reports, Summary
- R360: Attributes, Embed Page, People, Reports, Summary
- P360: People Maps, Reports, Summary
Arguably, they all share Reports, Summary, and some kind of People option. However, it’s clear that both the attributes type and the embed page type are missing from Person 360 at this time.
It would additionally be really helpful if there was some standard section type for displaying a list of Companies & Relationships that the Person is tied to that are clickable for ease of both reference and navigation; workaround today is to use Reports to surface these.
editing to add… our team doesn’t actually manage contacts in Gainsight. We trust our platform user information combined with some Salesforce data. The ability to embed a page would allow us to essentially allow our team to manage contacts from Gainsight, which they can’t do today and creates a ton of friction 😬
