Add "All Time" quick filter option throughout platform

In various areas of the platform, pre-set filters are available to return a select group of records.

It would be great if there was an All Time filter to just return all records in the dataset. This would save a lot of time from needing to build a Custom filter each time you access the modal.

It’s especially needed in the areas of the product that do not allow you to configure a filter operator (no ability to set > or < or <= or >=)

Here are examples of where this is needed:

• C360 > Survey tab
• Adoption Explorer dashboards
