Add an Audit Trail Report
Currently, there is no audit trail report to track changes made in the system. It would be helpful to have an audit trail feature that logs modifications for:
- Courses
- Groups
- Learning Paths
- Media Player
- And other key components.
This feature would improve transparency, accountability, and system management for administrators.
