Add an option for radio buttons to the multi-question survey

Right now in the multi-question survey, there are only options for “checkbox” style answers or free form answers.

While I know it’s possible to have the survey restricted to one answer, the UX is confusing, because checkboxes always indicate multi-answers are possible:

Please either add an option to use radio-style buttons - which would of course be restricted to one answer - or have the icons & behavior change to radio buttons if a max of 1 is selected as the option for the survey.
