Add ARTICLE views to Engagement Audience Criteria, Dashboard widgets and Reporting.

We would like to set up audience criteria for engagements to not be enabled IF the user has already viewed an article in the KBOT. 

Specifically, I want to stop an automated engagement from appearing IF the user has not already completed a video within an article in the KBOT. Currently that is not possible in PX, it can only exclude users who interacted with an engagement.  

We would also like to add Article views/completion to our Widgets in Dashboard Reports and Reporting. This will enable us to view all learning touchpoints with our users and how it affected their feature performances.

    Great idea! This would give us a more complete view of how users are interacting with our content, and help us link that interaction to KPI completion.

    I agree and it would be really great to add ‘Views’ to the Column options when looking at all Articles so we can sort by the highest viewed content with one click.
