Add CoPilot Prompt tab to CTA Layout

My end users are loving Copilot!  It would improve their navigation to have CoPilot directly in their CTAs, so they do not need to navigate away from the Cockpit.  Bonus points if an Admin could seed a prompt, like “Summarize calls for the Company over the past 3 months” or “Identify Person Records that would be good from a testimonial”.
