Add Customizable Branding or Mega Menu Navigation to Registration Page

We’re a public community, but we have a few CTA links driving people to sign up for our community via the /member/register URL. 

Currently, this uses all the same theming and styling from our community, but it lacks any kind of branding or mega menu navigation. That’s nice for a strong gate / friction to force registration signups, but it’s missing the context of the community brand and/or a link back to an about page or other contextual information. 

My MVP suggestion: ability to insert logo

A version better: ability to insert logo with link to homepage or alternate URL

Most robust version: extend the community mega menu into this registration page/module as well
