Add "Does not start with" operator for filters

I love that we can find all records with a SFDC Account ID that starts with “001” or “006” to identify records with the correct Account ID format. However, I’d love to have an opposite operator so that I can filter all records that DO NOT start with “001”, for example, so I can delete the records under Data Operations. 

Note, our current workaround is that we added this filter to our internal query and also to the S3 ingest rule and deleted all records with a snapshot date prior to today. It would still be great to have additional flexibility with filter operators.
