Add Gamification to Reporting

Would you prefer to see the number of users who gained a particular rank (I assume Heroes = rank) in a time period, or the total number of users who had that rank in the selected time period?

Could you also share with us what insights you’re hoping to gain from this data / what actions you’d take with it?

Hey Daniel - I think either would do, but I was thinking how many of each rank in a time period. I’d like to see how many people are moving up the ranks. 

I hit send too soon. The thing now is that there’s really no way for me to get this info now. I could start right now, and then remember to export at the end of every month, and make a note - but if I miss a day, the number could change. There’s no way for me to currently say “we had 100 people become heroes the 1st year, added another 50 in Q1, and ...”

Once someone is a hero, they always appear a hero in exports - no matter the time frame. 

I’ve upvoted and will add my use case as well. I’m creating monthly user appreciation posts to celebrate engagement and put contributions into context. For this I’d like to mention users who have moved into this or that rank. I cannot find this information. It would be super helpful to have in reporting as well as on the user profile under activities.  

I’ve also upvoted as I have the same use case as ​@svh.

Hi​@jessica.becker! I’ve since moved to another company and we’re just getting started on gamification. The only workaround I found is to send the message from your account when someone moves ranks. Then you can see under your private messages who moved to what rank when. 😊

Good news—a new Gamification Dashboard is on our mid-term roadmap! We're targeting a rollout by the end of this year or early next year. This will give you full visibility into historical user achievements-such as tracking who earned specific badges, who climbed ranks, and how those stats evolved over time.
