Add Journey Orchestrator Timeline Entires to CTA Timeline View

Currently the Timeline tab on CTAs does not display any of the system admin generated Timeline activities created from sending Journey Orchestrator emails. It is confusing for users to see two different versions of Timeline, one on C360 with additional activities, and one in CTA Timeline with missing activities. This causes confusion and questions the accuracy of Timeline.

Can we please add JO program Timeline activities to the CTA Timeline tab view? I get that it’s probably a display issue with the formatting of seeing the emails in this condensed view, but this should be added in whatever condensed way is possible in the interest of consistent user experience.

    ​@bfoleyHS It’s not a display issue, JO Timeline entries are not real timeline entries, they’re some kind of containerized ones that are not reportable. 

    You may want to upvote this idea which is the root of all the issues with this feature:
