Add "Link to URL" functionality to replies on Ideas

I recently noticed that it’s not possible to copy the Link to URL for individual replies on Ideas in the same way that you can for Conversations & Questions. I’d like to see this functionality added if possible.

Business case: our product team will often browse comments/replies to collect context for an idea beyond the original post. It would be helpful for them to be able to copy links directly to certain replies to reference later.

It could also help to point our customers directly to a comment where we provide a status update or request more information within the thread of an idea, similar to how @xiaoyu-shen did in the following idea (see, wouldn’t it be so great if this linked directly to her reply? ?)
