Add metadata fields for user searches in KC bot.
It is my understanding from Gainsight support that when a user types a keyword into the bot to search, only the Engagement Display Name, Article Display Name, and Article Title fields are being searched. It would be helpful to have metadata fields to enter additional keywords that should return particular content if searched.
Alternatively, could the search be expanded to the Article Body content and the Engagement (dialog, guide, etc.) modals?
For example, we have an article regarding how to setup monitoring … “How to Monitor Third Parties.” That serves as a good Article Name and Article Display Name, but some of our users might search for “alerts” because they can get alerts by monitoring a third party. If there was a metadata field where we could enter “alerts, alert, monitoring, notifications” the user would have a better chance of finding the “How to Monitor Third Parties” article.
I welcome any additional input from folks who understand metadata better than me!
