Add Moderator Tags to Marked Answer Export

I’d love to have the Moderator Tags (and maybe also Public Tags) as additional columns in this export. 

Use case: Analysis

• I have automated a number of moderation and engagement tactics with these tags, are questions with these tags more/less likely to get a speedy reply? 
• Public Tags would help with analysis on if certain tags are more/less likely to be answered
