Add option to close CTA when all task are complete

Hi Gainsight, when creating a CTA or Applying a Playbook to a CTA, it would be helpful if Admins had the option to configure a default Closed Status to apply when all tasks are completed. This would save our CSMs save a few moments and the grief of having to go back and close a CTA that they forgot to close when completing the final task.

Hi @marcos.beinder Think you could workaround this with a rule (not ideal for sure, but the time spent on the initial config could still help CSMs).

The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
