Hi all,

right now ‘start date’ can only be modified for Objective CTAs in the Gantt chart. I would argue that this is operationally inefficient, as many CSMs handle multiple accounts and  having to go inside each and every success plan to change the start date requires time.

Also, for a CTA that is not an Objective CTA it’s not possible to change the Start Date as it would always be equal to the Created Date. What is the benefit of this? Due dates can be changed whenever so why can’t we do the same for Start Dates?
