It’s not flashy or even remotely cool, but covering all our legal bases is quite satisfying. Could we consider adding in “Privacy Policy” to the standard footer as the third link?
Terms & Conditions is already standard in the footer, as is Cookie Settings. Privacy policies are equally important and it’s something legal teams are asking us to add especially as concern grows over how and when data is being used (AI, third party data tools, etc.).

As I’m building my community now, this is also a request coming from my legal dept.
Because it does not exist, we’re looking into custom code to point to our external page and agree it would be ideal if this came OOB.
