Add "skip all weekends" option to Bionic Rule date filters

Use case: would like to fire a CTA two business days before a renewal is due, but there isn’t currently a way to search for a date that is between two and four days away, depending on the day of the week the rule runs.

Similar to the way that you can choose to skip all weekends when selecting the due date variable (in the Actions of a CTA), it would be great if we could also choose to skip all weekends when querying based on a date field.
