Add Smart Trackers to Gong integration logging to timeline

+1, Smart Trackers offer significant value and far more nuanced insights that teams can therefore leverage effectively right from their primary CRM, with no Gong license/seat required. Rather than simply searching explicitly for the identified keywords, Smart Trackers yield conceptual insights as configured in Gong. These concepts go beyond simple keyword detection, using AI to capture sentiment, intent, and conversational context, even when the defined keywords aren’t used. 

To access this information directly from CS gives teams richer insights that help uncover trends and insights that keyword tracking (and possibly human analysis) would miss. 

Seeing as how AI has been a significant focus for Gainsight this year, and for the 2026 roadmap, this seems like low-hanging fruit that would offer a lot of value to any customers leveraging the Gong integration.
