Add Starred/Needs Action to Private Messages in Control

Hi @erin.brisson, would the ability to mark a private message as unread also solve your use case?

I see that my reply was long overdue, sorry @erin.brisson. Not in the near term, but improving private messages to make it more in line with what you’re used to from other messaging tools is definitely on our radar.

For now, I’ll merge this idea with this idea since they achieve the same end result, and we’re much more likely to introduce ‘mark unread’ sooner than the ability star messages.
