Add system note for Engagement Last Updated date in PX

As we add more users to our PX subscription, there are more people that can update engagements. In most cases, the Last Updated date in the Engagements list makes sense; if I update audience criteria or schedule, etc. it shows that I was the last one to update that engagement. 

However, I was on vacation last week and there are still multiple things that I “updated” even though I wasn’t even logged in to PX last week. One example is when the schedule ends for an automatic engagement, it showed that I was the last user to update that engagement. 

A second example is when I add an engagement to our priority list. Every prioritized engagement is updated to show that I updated them. It would be more precise for the ONE engagement I added to show me as the user and every other engagement to show a “system updated” label.

Therefore, my idea is to create a “system updated” label and timestamp for instances where this happens.
