Problem Statement
As it stands today, a user can complete a task listed in KC Bot but will have to manually check it (or complete an engagement) before it is registered
Proposed Solution
Add the ability to link checklist items to events or feature tracking so that if a user completes an action within my product, it will automatically mark it as completed in KC Bot.
One step further - using AI it would be cool if it predicted what I wanted to select as an event/feature to track
Use Case
A KC Bot has been created for user onboarding. When the user navigates the website natively, they begin to complete some items which are listed in the checklist on the KC Bot.
