At the moment you can create (or link to an existing) CTA but there is not the option to log an activity in Timeline. This could be valuable for support reps to share Customer specific information that is not a task / CTA.

Is this on the product roadmap?  The ability to post to Timeline from Zendesk would be great!

This is something our team has been constantly asking for. It would be great if there were some additional features in the Zendesk Connector
