Add tooltip to Customer Journey widget entries

When you have Activity Names shown in the customer journey widget today that are bit longer, they are truncated.  For example, “Renewal Event - Opportunity Na…...”.  This occurs on the primary view and in the preview window. 

This idea is to add a mouse over tooltip to see the full name to make it easier on users. 

We have situations where we will have 5 plus entries in the same part of the timeline with similar names and it is difficult to quickly identify the different ones.
