Currently there does not seem to be any tracking on checkbox “checked” state. It would be helpful to be able to track when checkboxes are being checked or unchecked by users. Inputs have other state properties that would be useful: disabled, readonly, required, etc.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
