Add "Triggered By" and "Knowledge Center" as a column in engagement list

As we’re trying to manage more and more engagements, it would be great to have some additional information in the Engagements List:

  1. A column for “Triggered By.” This would allow us to easily see if the engagement is Automatic, Badge, or Knowledge Center (or multiple) without needing to open the engagement to look.
  2. A column to tell us the Knowledge Center(s) where an engagement is selected as content.

    Hi @JayS , thanks for sharing this, we are already working on providing more meta columns on Engagements, KCBot and Segment pages.

      I similarly am trying to add a column for who created the Engagement to better organize and govern over a large number of engagements. Any updates on this?
