Add unified SSO notification to Gainsight CC control

Hello, it recently came to my attention that if I as the admin of our Gainsight CC instance make a change to our SSO settings, it will impact the SSO settings for Gainsight CS. Likewise, if my company’s Gainsight CS admin makes a change, it will impact Gainsight CC, too. 

 

This is documented on the CS side of things here, but not on the CC side of things. The CC user interface is also lacking the notification that CC has show below that indicates this bi-directional setting. 

 

Requesting better documentation and an in-product notification to make this clearer on the CC side.
