Since Gainsight CE uses Wistia as its video player, it would be amazing if video analytics could be ported over since Wisita currently has these available. Or, it would be nice to have a window into our own specific area where our videos are housed to view these analytics.
While I understand that there is a version of Analytics reporting beta’d by Enterprise clients, robust analytics reports are already available in Wistia, but we aren’t given access to them.
Since video analytics, beyond course completion, give us a real understanding if our passive learning is being engaged with, I really think this would be excellent to have.
This is one of the reasons why we are embedding videos instead of using Gainsight CE’s video player, which decreases our product adoption.
