Add Wistia's Chapter Functionality to Gainsight CE's Front End

Since Gainsight CE uses Wistia as its video player, it would be amazing if chapters could be used as a functionality within the Learning asset on video creation. 

This is currently available in Wistia, but has to be manually ported over for each video through CE’s Support. 

This is one of the reasons why we are embedding videos instead of using Gainsight CE’s video player, which decreases our product adoption.
