As an administrator, I have two additional Email Nudge use cases:

  1. Users Not activated within a certain timeframe and within a specific group.
  2. Users who’ve activated but not attempted to access any learning path or course

Requirements for Not Activated Learners:

  1. Add an email nudge for User Status = Inactive
  2. Add filters for ‘Created Date’ range and ‘Groups’.
  3. Add ‘Nudge After’ and ‘Nudge Frequency’ fields.

Requirements for Active Learners who have not attempted any learning path/course:

  1. Add an email nudge for learners with Learning Path > Attempt Start = null
  2. Add filters for ‘Enrolled Date’ range and ‘Groups’.
  3. Add ‘Nudge After’ and ‘Nudge Frequency’ fields.
