Problem
As we work to consolidate our Customer Success workflows into Gainsight, our team still relies on several external tools for critical information such as product updates, system status pages, and reporting dashboards. The current Gainsight homepage has limited options for embedding external content, which makes it difficult to position Gainsight as a true single source of truth for the CS team.
Requested Enhancement
Add support for richer embed capabilities on the Gainsight homepage, including the ability to embed JavaScript and/or HTML elements. This would allow admins to surface content from other systems directly within Gainsight.
Examples of desired embeds include:
