Aggregate dashboard component for Content Helpfulness Score

Within the Content Dashboard, there is a component that shows “Positive content helpfulness votes”, which I’m assuming is the total count of happy face votes. Then when you scroll down, in the Popular Topics section, you see the Content Helpfulness Score in the table and it shows the percentage breakdown of happy, neutral, and sad faces. 

This doesn’t allow us to report on the total breakdown of content helpfulness across all content. In other words, across ALL topics, what is the overall percentage of not only happy faces, but the neutral and sad faces too?
