Along with not being able to audit errors that come across in the AI Follow Up integration, sometimes resolution logic fails. In the case of failure, we would like these to go to the Draft in Timeline so instead of just not recording, the CSM has a chance to associate this with the correct Account.

+7This makes perfect sense. CSMs should absolutely be able to correctly resolve logic failures, rather than having to involve an admin.
