Some of our CSMs use Microsoft Teams because it is a requirement from their customers to not allow zoom meetings, which is our primary meting app.
We use google for email/calendar and set up the AI follow up feature for meetings hosted via Zoom with great early results.
Currently, AI Follow up only works for Teams meetings if you schedule the meetings via the Microsoft/Teams calendar, which we do not have as a google shop. We are only using the Teams app for calls, the calls are set up on a Google calendar and it would be nice to turn this feature on for those Teams calls, in the same way we do zoom meetings scheduled via our google accounts.
