AI follow-up: Relationship support
AI follow-up Timeline Activities for meetings and emails are currently posted on the Company only. As we fully work on the Relationship level, Relationship support is crucial to make sure the entries are being picked up in our processes.
We currently have AI follow-up for meetings enabled. The idea is that CSMs manually reparent the Activities; unfortunately, this rarely happens in practice. This is also why we cannot enable automated email logging, as this will cause too many Activities that are wrongly tied to Company instead of Relationship.
