We do a weekly report up to our executive leadership of highlights from customer interactions. We have a custom field that indicates the type of the timeline activity: Risk, Escalation, Watch Item, Customer Engagement, etc., We then run reports to export them and run requests in Copilot. We find that copilot misses some of them so the CSMs have to provide a summary for the report
It would be highly beneficial that when creating reports we could put put in a field that was an AI generated summary of a field so that we could run a report and have the AI embed the summaries in the report.
