where customizing labels to your business needs would be great, but I’d also like to see terminology for Staircase align with Gainsight CS.
Yes, not every Staircase customer uses CS, but part of the pitch is that they can work well together - it would be more convincing if Customers weren’t called Accounts in ST, and Company Persons weren’t Stakeholders in ST, etc., etc.
Having the same terminology would really help integrate the two tools, and eliminate lots of micro-context switching and reduce cognitive load on already overburdened CSMs.
It would also probably help LLMs as they synthesize data between two systems - you wouldn't need equivalency glossaries, or spending tokens clarifying what one vs. the other is.
