All Admins to create email reports for other users

As a Gainsight admin, I’d like the ability to send weekly email reports to each CSM in our organization. These reports would be specific to each CSM. CSMs currently have to log in and enable these reports themselves. 

 

Current Workflow:

  • Admin creates filter for each CSM
  • User creates and bookmarks report from filter
  • User sets email schedule for report

Having an admin enable these reports would save our CSMs time and reduce the amount of duplicated effort. It would also be nice to not have to create a filter for each CSM.

    Hi @securityrocks 

    We are enhancing the share options in reporting so as to enable this. This will be available as a part of our horizon reporting that we are planning to ship in a few months. Till then, here is a preview:

      Hello Everyone,

      Happy to announce that your request has been considered and implemented in the Horizon Analytics in both SFDC & NXT versions. Admins can now schedule and share the Report and Dashboard as required.
