All class offerings on one page instead of three pages

CE currently has the notion of three different types of classes:  courses, events and learning paths.  And the solution is built with this in mind.  Our customers don’t care if a class they are taking is a course, event or learning path.  And internally, we don’t care if the classes our customers have completed are courses, events or learning paths.  We just want to see what “classes” a customer has completed.

With this in mind, we would like to see a single page showing all of the class offerings on the one page instead of a customer having to navigate three pages to see all of the class offerings.
