This would be a great way to allow users some flexibility over their success plans while still offering to convenience of a template, but I’d have to also have the ability to toggle whether individual objectives were mandatory (unremovable) or optional (removable by end users).
Bumping this up.
Our TAMs will start using Success Plans very soon. The problem is that the way we leverage Templates in Success Plans will create a larger issue for both teams. We've templatized Success Plans by Product. So for a Product there may be multiple possible Objectives, but not every Objective is applicable to every customer.
Today, the CSM has to select ALL Objectives and then go back and delete the ones they don't want. They don't love this, but they accepted it as a mildly annoying quirk.
Our TAMs though are HIGHLY critical of unnecessary clicks. Also, they need to be able to work in the same Success Plan with CSMs so this means that any TAM-specific objectives will be intertwined with CSM-specific objectives in the Template list, making even MORE unneeded objectives they have to remove.
