I’ve taken over a new instance and the previous admin synced all salesforce users into our production environment. Now when a CSM searches for themselves in a Global Filter (or elsewhere), they are met with thousands of useless user names.
Let me delete these users, or at least prevent them from showing in global filter searches.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
