Allow Admins to Modify OOB Insight Categories

There are a lot of great OOB insights you can enable in Staircase. One of them is the Account Personnel Changes. Unlike custom insights however, you cannot customize their categories to be positive/neutral/negative like the below: 

We’d like the ability to customize these, as some we believe should err on the side of negative, and be something that is reflected in scoring/event detection.
