Allow ALL Timeline Activities to be Pinned

I noticed recently (and had support confirm) that only activities that are created directly on the C360 can be pinned.

This limitation becomes especially goofy in the following example, where the top activity in the screenshot is associated manually in the Timeline activity to a CTA. The bottom activity is associated with the exact same CTA but was logged originally on the CTA Timeline rather than after the fact.

The top CTA is able to be pinned. The bottom one is not. This feels inconsistent and is hard to explain to our CSMs, especially when we’ve been coaching them to put their important Timeline entries directly on the CTA or Success Plan when applicable.
