Allow an easier way to report on custom picklists

Due to Gainsight not supporting automated parity between GS and SFDC picklists, I’m trying to set up a process that compares picklist values between the two systems on a daily basis.

The end goal is to keep track on a dashboard and notice when a new value(s) has been added to the SFDC picklist, meaning I need to manually update the GS picklist. However, I’m having a tough team even being able to report on the picklist values in Gainsight. Where do I even start? I’d like to see this be a custom object in the MDA perhaps, or at least have some place that stores this information.
