Allow Branch Back to Upstream Evaluate Stages in Dynamic JO

Hi everyone! 

Back in business.

I am in the process of building a somewhat “looped” program to support a long-haul technical engagement with customers to track their progress with a particular project.

In this engagement, I will be evaluating what the customer is up to and when they are idle (scenario in pink below), I want to send an escalation email to sales. However, after the escalation email is sent, I’d like to bring them back to the exact same evaluate stage (so I don’t have to rebuild the evaluate stage multiple times). 

It seems I can’t branch my delay step back to my evaluate stage, because the stage is upstream in the same “branch”.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to send a participant back to the same evaluate stage so we don’t have to rebuild the same evaluate stage multiple times.

Summary of the ask:

• Allow linking a JO step to an upstream evaluate stage
• Business Case: to support re-evaluating a condition after performing an escalation, to save build time, to save maintenance time and risk of error
